The Year of the Priest
Welcome to Religious Education!
Religious Education is for anyone who would like to learn more about the Catholic faith. We have many programs that are designed to explore the Catholic Catechism and Sacred Scripture.
Here are some of the programs we offer:
Little Church: A program designed for Prek3-Kinder that uses creativity and hands-on-activities to explore the Sunday scriptures for the week. Little Church meets on Sunday mornings.
Continuing Christian Education (C.C.E.): A program designed for First grade through High School that uses approved United States Conference of Catholic Bishops text books to impart the faith to the younger generation. C.C.E. meets on Wednesdays or Sundays.
R.C.I.A. adapted for Children: A process for children age 7 to 17 who have not been baptized or were baptized in a non-Catholic Church. R.C.I.A. meets on Sundays mornings.
R.C.I.A.: A process for adults ages 18+ who have not been baptized and wish to join the Catholic Church or were baptized in a non-Catholic Church. R.C.I.A. meets on Sunday mornings.
Adult Bible Study: Explore different books of the Bible each semester. Classes meet on Wednesday evenings.
Vacation Bible School: A summer program designed for Pk3 through 6th Grade. During V.B.S. children explore the Sacred Scriptures through bible adventure stories, games, crafts and music. Vacation Bible School meets for one week in the Summer. This year V.B.S. will take place July 27-31.
