Requirements to begin Sacramental Preparation

Baptism:
If your child is age 7 to 17 and has not been baptized or was baptized in a non-Catholic faith, please enroll him/her in R.C.I.A. adapted for Children.

First Reconciliation (Confession): child must be in Second grade or older and have attended and completed one year of formal Catholic instruction either in a Catholic School or C.C.E. program prior to entrance of the program.  A copy of the child's Baptism certificate must be submitted to the Parish Office before preparation begins.
 
First Communion:  child must be in Second grade or older and have attended and completed one year of formal Catholic instruction either in a Catholic School or C.C.E. program prior to entrance of the program.  A copy of the child's Baptism certificate must be submitted to the Parish Office before preparation begins. Child must have celebrated First Reconciliation (Confession) prior to First Communion.

Confirmation for Adults:  Adults ages 18+ must be baptized in the Catholic Church and have celebrated Reconciliation (Confession) and Eucharist.  A copy of adult's baptism certificate must be submitted to the Parish Office.
